The John Howard Society Thompson Region has become the largest non-profit housing provider in the City of Kamloops.
The society started to build their housing portfolio in 1999. Since then the society has bought or built 7 complexes in the city of Kamloops. The society currently provides supportive housing for individuals or families from the age of 19 through to senior care. It is possible for an individual or family to have the John Howard Society as their landlord for their entire adult life.
The society is determined to provide well managed complexes with the appropriate support services for the individual or family. Therefore each resident may receive different levels of support depending upon their individual needs while they are a resident in our buildings.
