• Renovated motel – transition housing
• Has independent living with supports
• Self contained studio suites
• Rent is $375 including utilities, basic furniture and household goods. This amount is determined by the shelter amount set by the ministry of Social Housing and Development
• Furnished common area with kitchen for gatherings and group programs
• Community support workers are on-site from 8:30-4:30 and until 8:00pm on one day per week
• Program support services focus on daily life skill enhancement
